Clean Room Construction

Clean room construction for projects of all sizes – new or retrofitted.

We install insulated clean rooms of an size and to any temperature-holding requirement for a wide variety of applications, including food processing, medical and pharmaceutical packaging, and electronic component manufacture.

Our clean room construction expertise extends from small, modular units, to large facilities, and includes retrofitting existing premises with clean rooms to the required specification. Our wide experience in clean room construction includes installing any combination of fire-rated materials, insulated doors, non-slip flooring, walk-on ceiling areas, partitioned walkways and linking areas and more. In every case we aim to deliver the most cost-effective and energy efficient results.

We use internal and external insulated panels and cladding, normally with a core material of polystyrene or polyurethane where there is no fire rating specification. Where a fire retardant material is specified we generally use PIR (polyisocyanurate). P. H. Insulations is also a major installer of mineral wool fibre core panels offering enhanced fire rating specifications.

By manufacturing many of own components, and carrying a stock of materials such as panels and fittings, we are able to offer enhanced reliability on project costs and deadlines. We are also able to respond quickly when bespoke components are needed for installation or maintenance – ensuring downtime and production losses are kept to an absolute minimum.
