P. H. Insulations’ modular cold rooms are an efficient and effective option for almost any application where a significant quantity of stock needs storing in temperature controlled conditions.

Our modular fridges and modular freezers benefit from our knowledge and experience of insulated materials, and can be designed to meet the dimensions and the temperature requirements you need. They are ideal for food outlets such as butchers, fishmongers, delicatessens, hotels, farm shops and caterers, as well as the growing number of small scale food producers. We also design modular cold rooms in fridge and freezer specifications for the medical and pharmaceutical sectors.

The core materials for our standard composite panels are usually polystyrene or polyurethane – where no fire rating is specified. Where a fire retardant material is required, we use a PIR (polyisocyanurate) core, which offers a fire rating of up to 1 hour. We can achieve a fire rating of up to 4 hours using a mineral fibre core.
